You will transform raw data into actionable insights for property portfolios, managed databases, build performance dashboards, and translate complex metrics into strategy. Core responsibilities include validating data, creating reporting models, and identifying investment or lifecycle trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Data management: Collect, cleanse, validate, and maintain asset data across enterprise databases and investment platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for business decision-making.
  • Reporting & visualisation: Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), asset health, lifecycle costs, and operational performance. Analyse trends and present actionable insights to support asset management objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic planning: Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to inform maintenance strategies, investment planning, decarbonisation programmes, and long-term asset performance objectives. Support strategic decision-making through forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance evaluation.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Translate complex technical and analytical findings into clear, concise, and jargon-free reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and communicate insights that drive informed decision-making.

Entry requirements:

Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
  • Experience with using Excel (in particular pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
