Quality Level 3 Apprenticeship

Join our Quality team and help ensure that every component meets the exceptionally high standards required for high-performance powertrains. You'll learn how to inspect and measure components using specialist equipment, investigate quality issues, and support continuous improvement activities to help maintain the highest levels of performance and reliability.

Test Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship

Become part of our Test team, supporting the preparation, operation and maintenance of test facilities used to validate high-performance powertrain systems. You'll develop practical engineering skills while learning how testing plays a vital role in delivering reliable, world-class performance.

Manufacturing Level 3 Apprenticeship

Work within our Manufacturing team to gain hands-on experience producing precision components using advanced manufacturing processes and equipment. You'll develop an understanding of manufacturing techniques, engineering processes and quality standards while contributing to the production of world-leading powertrain technology.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, on-the-job experience and support from experienced colleagues, helping you build the confidence, practical skills and behaviours needed to launch your engineering career.
