The Role

  • Processing contractor invoices via Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing correspondence and letters and send these to customer/management via Microsoft Outlook
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers, triage calls where appropriate to allow management to handle any urgent requirements
  • Become a CPL Property Management System superuser. This involves correctly updating and saving new customer information or queries
  • Data entry and processing via Microsoft Excel and CPL internal system
  • Collating information for colleagues and clients using Microsoft word, pulling information from the CPL management system
