The world of motor insurance is fast moving with technological and safety advancements and the transition to Electric Vehicles making this an exciting time to start your insurance career.

Opportunities

Our placement progamme is designed for students who want to gain valuable insurance experience as part of their degree. During your placement, you’ll also have the opportunity to study for the FIT (Foundation Insurance Test), a recognised industry qualification that builds your understanding of key insurance principles and practice.

Dependent on your interest and skills, you could be placed in a broking or claims role. You’ll benefit from building a foundation in insurance through our training academy and on-the-job training. This is a hands on opportunity, so you will be practicing and building your skills and putting your learning to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrating professionalism when representing the company as the first point of contact.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, within a fast-paced environment.
• Providing product guidance in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilising and managing the in-house system, keeping records up to date.
• Sending letters and documents to clients.

What we’re looking for

• All candidates must be undertaking an undergraduate degree in any subject
• Strong work and team ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude

What you’ll gain

• A salary of £23,000 per annum (certain roles have the opportunity to earn commission).

This is a full-time office-based role, so you will need to be able to attend our offices in Carshalton.
