Register Your Interest - Level 3 Apprenticeship Programme

Our Apprenticeship Programme is designed to offer individuals the chance to gain a qualification while learning on the job and earning a salary. Whilst working within a busy environment learning valuable job skills, building a bank of business knowledge, and developing interpersonal and life skills.

Their journey will start with a cohort-wide induction, with focused insight sessions to help them learn more about M&G, network with colleagues, and begin developing professional skills. Apprentices then take part in a highly structured on the job role which offers:

  • Business Expertise: They will be based within one team during the duration of their apprenticeship where they will gain a good understanding of the business area, working environment which allows them to learn valuable job skills.
  • Learning Programme: Whilst working towards a recognised apprenticeship or professional qualifications, Apprentices will follow a structured approach to building a bank of business knowledge, valuable job skills and behaviors that will help to support their interpersonal growth.
  • Support Network: Apprentices will have a manager who will support and develop them whilst they work towards their job role, a mentor who provide them with different perspectives and feedback on tasks and then a buddy from a previous early careers cohort to role model.
  • Professional Skills Development: Apprentices will develop essential skills via interactive workshops and self-led missions, covering topics like networking, communication, and personal brand

Apprentices will join on a fixed term contract for 18 – 23 months. Upon completion of their apprenticeship, the business will aim to retain the individual subject to performance, headcount and funding. If recruited into a permanent position, the indivdual will follow the career progression applicable to the subject role/department.
