Procurement Degree Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships are fantastic opportunities to take as you can get real life experiences whilst getting an industry recognised qualification. I knew that I wanted to do an apprenticeship from the very beginning. 

Before, apprenticeships were seen as not a normal route to take as the traditional routes consisted of A-levels and university; however apprenticeships are now becoming very recognised and popular as it offers valuable employable skills. If you have an opportunity to take up an apprenticeship, then I suggest you do!

This is my third year at Mondelez International as I joined in September 2022. The support that I have received in the last 2.5 years has been amazing. Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely supportive and happy to help. I can’t believe I work for the most popular brands in the world!

When I explain to my friends what my job role consists of and what company I work for, they are so amazed and intrigued.
