Contract Support

I joined CBRE in 2019 when I was 16 as an Apprentice Helpdesk Operator, working towards a City and Guilds Level 2 in Business Administration. Since then I have completed my Level 2 and also completed a Level 3 Business Administration qualification whilst working in a Contract Support role.

I am currently working as a full time Contract Support on the Bupa Dental contract. The purpose of my role is to support my Contract Manager in the efficient running of the contract and being responsible for all month end processes. Recently, I have just received an exceptional award for my efforts in running a busy contract whilst under staffed but still managing to deliver the best service I could to our customer.

As a school leaver I think CBRE's apprenticeship programme is highly beneficial. It set the foundations for my career and hugely improved my confidence. It's allowed me to make strong working relationships with many different people within CBRE and has given me a great insight into the world of facilities management.
