About the Valuations Team

The Valuations team at Forvis Mazars is a dynamic and rapidly growing group within our Advisory & Consulting service line, based in London.

• You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on exciting projects that make a real impact.
• We work with a wide range of clients, from early-stage ventures to multinational corporations, providing independent valuation advice that helps businesses make critical decisions.
• Areas of exposure include financial reporting, tax, transactions, restructuring, and dispute resolution.
• Our work spans a broad range of industries, offering diverse commercial challenges and valuation scenarios, such as:
  • Cross-border acquisitions
  • Valuing intangible assets
  • Advising on shareholder disputes

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy problem-solving and working with numbers
• Have great attention to detail
• Are confident using Excel
• Have an interest in corporate finance and valuations (no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn)
