Job Description

Register Your Interest - Graduate Strategy Analyst

Job Description

Our Strategy team plays an important role in how we drive the business forward: helping us turn insights into action, solving problems, and collaborating with customers to unlock new opportunities.

Reporting into a Solutions and Strategy leader, you'll support our Strategy team to shape decisions and identify growth opportunities. This is a research-driven role where you'll help us understand markets, competitors, and potential partners. You'll provide insights that influence sales and product strategies.

As a Graduate Strategy Analyst, you could be:

  • Ensuring data in our market model is accurate.
  • Conducting market research into customer technology footprints, sector trends, and political/regulatory environments.
  • Gathering customer insights through interviews and analysis to assess competitive positioning.
  • Researching our competitors.

You'll help us discover smarter ways of working and contribute ideas that shape the future of our business. Your success depends on curiosity, data insight, and the ability to turn information into clear recommendations.

Our Graduate roles are permanent opportunities, and you'll take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme. It's packed full of workshops, short-courses and online material to help kick-start your career.

Qualifications

To be eligible to join this Graduate Programme, you'll need:

  • Legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme: this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.
  • A minimum 2:2 degree classification in Business Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. If you don't have a degree in those fields but can demonstrate numeracy and data handling skills, we'd still love to hear from you.
  • To have graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025 or 2026 graduates)

We're looking for Graduates who can share ideas and insights in a clear and structured way, including preparing reports and presenting information. Microsoft Office Skills are essential. Any experience of data tools or market research is desirable but not essential.

Our hybrid approach means you'll spend a minimum of two days per week in our London office. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
