Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Most days consist of being on site, transitioning old schneider modules with newer ones, creating software and graphics for them and then commissioning them to check that they work. These modules can control AHU's, Boilers, Security access, VRFs, RPC's etc. for buildings hospitals/offices/schools
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
the more I learn about my job role and understand it, the more i enjoy the apprenticeship

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Being able to do work on site as well as being taught the practical side of it during university and internal training helps develop skills quickly. Coming straight from sixth form, I had no previous knowledge at all on engineering. 7 months in, I am already fairly confident

the company and is apprenticeships are extremely organized.

5/5
the apprenticeship leaders are always open to feedback and support to improve the apprenticeship programme each year. they will always reply to feedback and find ways to improve any problems
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
the support is good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
although my degree i am working for does not directly help my specific job role, its a good degree to have and gives a very wide variety of what industries I can enter inside/outside schneider
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
there are, but personally I do not attend any as they aren't in my area, and the meetings don't align with my schedule
