This opportunity is much more than a job - it is a development programme that has all the hallmarks to kickstart your career within a business which has a very exciting agenda. You will be joining a community of apprentices, who not only have the ability to drive positive change through the work they do on the job, but also shaping a culture where everybody at Victrex thrives. • Contribute to digital improvement and change projects that help the organisation adapt to evolving technology
  • Interact with a wide range of colleagues who use digital systems
  • Communicate across digital channels, phone, and sometimes face-to-face, using growing knowledge to resolve issues and identify when a problem needs escalating
  • Work under general guidance while planning and managing your own tasks, meeting deadlines, and following relevant standards and procedures
  • As you progress, influence colleagues, supervise tasks, or support different stages of digital projects
  • Develop strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills—alongside hands-on experience with collaborative technologies, digital information systems, and productivity tools
  • Help people across the organisation use digital systems confidently and effectively

  • Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • May have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme
  • If you hold international equivalents, at time of application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week

Benefits:
